product anomalies

so i've come across a whole bunch of weird and funny product anomalies in my life, and very rarely have i been able to provide photographical evidence of them. from memory alone, i've seen:

1. a 2 liter bottle of pop, where a bee had been wrapped under the labeling.
2. straws that were closed on either or both ends
3. Hershey's kiss with 2 flags

semi related... i've seen egg carton with "this product may contain eggs". does that mean other egg brands without this label are actually something else?

yeah, snickers bars say "may contain peanuts" I'd hope so.
